The problem wasn´t NoScript, it was SSL-Everywhere from EFF.
There are two rules for amazon, one for amazon itself and one for their webservices.
If one is enabled and the other one is disabled, it doesn´t work with the enlarged images.
You have to enable or disable both, then everything works again!![:)]( "Smile")
