Yahoo! mail problems - batch, cookie, select

Don't know what happened, even tried to go back to 1.4.8.6 from 1.5.1 but it sopped working as expected.

I was using FlashGot with Yahoo! Mail Classic (the one with javascript disabled) to download files in batch mode.

For this I've made a simple Greasemonkey script which rewrites links (the icons) pointing to yahoo's av-scanner-scan to point to the direct download instead (av-scanner-clean), so that whenever I have a series of xls reports to download I skip Yahoo's AV check, since I already have an AV on my comp. A click on the icon gets me the download message directly.

FlashGot was useful in that it managed to download the files in batch with the name of the files as set in the Content-Disposition: attachment; filename= header. But now and even with 1.4.8.6, all I get is file download, download(1), download(2) and so on. Thing is those are not xls files but login pages.

A quick sniff and I found out that GET's are missing referer and cookie headers when downloaded through FlashGot, but not when clicking each icon/link in the mail page.

flashgot.omitCookies is false

Also I noticed a discrepancy between the menu options (include images, autostart) with the options panel, they are ticked in the Tools menu but not selected in the panel. I untick them in the panel, in the menu it remains ticked. It's more the unticking, it's not syncing. Also the about:config shows setting matching only the ones in the panel.
