That site loads scripts all over the place. No wonder you're having trouble.
I tested with a new profile with the latest version of NS, all default settings, Temporarily Allow All this Page (a couple of times to include matrioska scripts loading after the first set) and the page won't display the video, just a silly placeholder about JS.
I played around with the settings for embedded Flash and got it to run by setting NS to forbid Flash on trusted sites, but to display a placeholder, and then selectively allowing a couple of sites from that gigantic list.
Alternatively the page will display the video if you Globally Allow, with Flash allowed on trusted sites.
Even better, there's a much finer HD version of that popular video on youtube
The "Truth Seekers Daily" site should also explain that the video demonstrates an electric generator.
Most people do that experiment in school.
This video has better information and shows the original induction generator made by Faraday over a century and a half ago.
