You have been very lucky.
I have a similar cautious approach, and was unable to prevent the installation of a "drive-by" virus by scripting injected into a web page (one hosted by a top ten internet company) some years ago.
NoScript prevents this happening. Full stop

The problem is that IT guys in many companies as well as home made "IT advisers" install such adons to the simple users PCs...

Surely not the fault of NoScript - or Firefox?
It is the same for any kind of filtering application, for example gateway firewalls; the user must come to grips with the basic operation themselves or be always unable to operate their own system.
It's not a problem for this forum.
If indeed you are losing sales. Which I think on the facts so far, that you most likely are not.
