It's now working like it used to: For a while now I've been missing the allow all this page and temporarily allow all this page items in the menu.
I thought maybe my install was corrupted, but resetting NoScript got them back.![8-)]( "Cool")
It's much easier (although not as safe) to surf with top-level sites allowed by default, but I'll just have to deal with it.
I've used NS for several years, and I guess the recent changes I made in the prefs just threw me off.
